The urinary tract is divided into the upper tract, composed of kidneys, renal pelvis, and ureters, lower which consists bladder urethra. Upper infections most commonly ascend in nature, originate bladder, through ureters to kidneys. cardinal clinical manifestations are flank pain fever, often associated with chills, frequency, urgency, dysuria, more suggestive infection However, symptoms consistent develop first some patients pyelonephritis or other infections, particularly ascending infections. Urine samples were collected by sampling midstream flow using clean-catch technique. A total 135 urine from suspected sent microbiology laboratory for diagnosis different methods, such as staining, bacteriological culture identification, antibiotic sensitivity determined standard Kirby Bauer disc diffusion method, following Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) guidelines. Of patients, 43 (31.85%) showed positive growth on media, 29 (67.44%)were female, 14 (32.55%) male.
